MON AND THURS. ARE REGULAR TRASH PICKUP.  

THURSDAY IS LANDSCAPE DEBRIS DAY.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO REMOVE YOUR CAN FROM THE STREET AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO PREVENT POSSBILE VIOLATION LETTERS BEING ISSUED.

 Bayou Place Homeowners Association Minimize

Bayou Place subdivision construction began in 2004 and consists of (174) improved lots and (3) vacant lots.  Common areas include a neighborhood park, 2 entrances with signs and monuments, community lighting, irrigation system and entrance lighting.  All roadways are publicly maintained.  Membership to the Non-Profit Homeowner Association and the payment of dues is mandatory. 

Annual dues are typically billed in January of each calendar year and due no later than the end of that month.  Board of Director and Member meetings are held frequently.  All meetings are publicly noticed by posting a sign at the entrance of the community and posted on this website.  Members may attend any meeting and are entitled to voting rights in accordance with the governance documents

JOIN A COMMITTEE!

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
The covenants of the homes within Bayou Place require the establishment of an ARC, the purpose of which is to enforce the community's architectural covenants. 

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH COMMITTEE
The Neighborhood Watch Committee monitors the incidence of crime within the community and interacts with the local police department.

"THE BAYOU" COMMITTEE
"The Bayou" Committee publishes BPHOA's quarterly newsletter. The committee ensures that enough articles are provided each month.

EXTERNAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE
The External Affairs Committee monitors the activities of the local and state governments snd reports the important news and issues to the community as well as making recommendations of the same to the Board.

STREET AND PARKING COMMITTEE
The Streets and Parking Committee handles recommendations to the Board of any revisions and enforcement of the parking regulations in the community.

LANDSCAPING AND GROUNDS COMMITTEE
The Landscaping and Grounds Committee ensures that all of the common areas of Bayou Place is properly maintained and attractive.

OCIAL COMMITTEE
The Social Committee organizes activities for residents and their families. Activities in the past have included a Meet and Greet get together, Neighborhood Yard Sale and Park Clean up.
